Membership

Membership is free and open to any organization or individual committed to the mission of RICSTL and willing to be involved in meetings and committees.

Consortium Gatherings

There are periodic meetings of both the full Consortium, as well as various committees. See the Meeting section for additional information about meeting schedules as well as the various committees.

General Networking

RICSTL meetings create a valuable opportunity for providers to network about related and complementary services. Several formal collaborations among member organizations have emerged through this informal networking.

Communication

Our primary means of communication between meetings is through the New American Listserv, on Yahoo.com.
