The Refugee and Immigrant Consortium of St. Louis (RICSTL) is a coalition of service providers dedicated to enhancing community services for new Americans through networking, education, advocating and collaboration.

- Provide cultural and immigration education to community service providers.
- Network and collaborate to ensure the best services for all refugees and immigrants.

- Advocate for language access and cultural competency by mainstream providers.
