The Refugee and Immigrant Consortium of St. Louis (RICSTL) is a coalition of service providers dedicated to enhancing community services for new Americans to help them achieve their full potential.

Goals for 2008
- Provide cultural and immigration education to community service providers.
- Facilitate access to services for consumers by updating and distributing the Resource Guide to community service providers.
- Support the work of the Education committee.
- Advocate for language access and cultural competency by mainstream providers.
